Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher; 5+ years in medical device/pharma or medical field sales.
• High School Diploma/GED with 9+ years in medical sales acceptable alternative.
• Current, valid Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and OR teams; drive adoption of Restrata and related products through demonstrations and education.
• Manage and grow sales within a defined territory; meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives.
• Develop territory business plans including clinical education, customer engagement, and account prioritization with forecasting and inventory management.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and decision-makers across hospital departments.
