Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Senior Account Executive to drive sales in a designated Central Valley, CA territory. You will build relationships with surgeons and clinicians, deliver clinical demos, and execute business plans to exceed revenue targets.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent with years of experience) and a valid driver’s license, with up to 90% travel. Remote work within the Central Valley is supported by the company.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales or 9+ years with HS diploma.
• Current, valid driver's license and ability to travel up to 90% in territory.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building with physicians and clinicians.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory and meet revenue targets.
• Develop territory business plans including clinical education and account prioritization.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons and decision-makers across hospital sites.
• Deliver compliant product demos, in-servicing, and clinical support with forecasting and inventory control.
