5+ years FFS Medicaid experience is required.
At least 3 years in healthcare, Medicaid/Medicare exposure.
3+ years in software development or implementations.
2+ years in Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM).
2+ years in a client-facing role.

Responsibilities

Manage the entire client onboarding project for implementation and be the main client contact.
Act as trusted partner to key stakeholders by understanding their business needs.
Ensure client satisfaction, quality of work, and project profitability.
Coordinate with internal teams for clinical and formulary needs.
Monitor implementation status and drive issue resolution.
Lead meetings and manage risk mitigation and communication with leadership.
Mentor teammates and support cross-functional collaboration.
Travel up to 15%.
