Job summary

UnitedHealth Group in Minneapolis region seeks a Senior Project Manager I to lead complex cardiology implementation projects across clinical, technical and operational teams. You will coordinate multi-workstream efforts, translate clinical needs into actionable technical steps and report progress to executive sponsors.

The role requires strong organizational skills, stakeholder communication and the ability to adapt to changing priorities while maintaining delivery quality.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in healthcare tech or clinical systems project management.
• 2+ years with radiology, cardiology, or medical-imaging workflows.
• 2+ years using data to support business decisions.
• Experience managing multi-workstream implementations and stakeholder expectations.
• Experience leading planning, status meetings and customer communications.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Lead large cardiology implementation projects across cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate multiple workstreams and teams, including other PMs.
• Translate clinical needs into technical actions and communicate with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain implementation plans, schedules and scope docs.
• Lead executive and customer meetings and reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and changes in scope.
• Provide guidance to project managers and junior team members.
