Advantage HQ is seeking a Senior Media Operations Manager to scale its media operations and build the systems that enable the team to perform at scale. You will lead multiple teams and establish clear expectations for performance and quality.

You will develop managers and team leads, define metrics, and drive capacity planning and continuous improvement across the organization, leveraging automation and AI to reduce operational work.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or related fields.
• Extensive e-commerce experience.
• 3+ years managing media teams or multiple team leads.
• Experience building scalable operating systems and processes.
• Experience with capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of media performance and client delivery.
• Experience with automation, AI, analytics, or operational technology.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a high-growth agency, performance marketing, or similar environment.

Responsabilités

• Scale the Media Operations system by identifying bottlenecks and building processes for efficiency.
• Lead multiple teams through their leaders and set clear performance expectations.
• Build metrics and operating routines to measure team performance and quality.
• Own capacity planning with leadership on growth, staffing, and resource allocation.
