Advanced Systems Group, LLC is seeking a remote Studio Operations Manager to lead our in-house production team. You will guide two concurrent workstreams, manage a 17-report structure, and own end-to-end production pipelines from intake to delivery.

This role emphasizes operational rigor, capacity planning, and proactive problem-solving in a fast-paced environment, with focus on scalable workflows and AI integration.

Qualifications

• Studio Operations Background: 10+ years leading studio ops, production traffic, or PM in high-volume environments.
• Volume Management: experience handling 15+ concurrent deliverables with spikes of 30+.
• Social Media Production: background in social media content production and fast turnarounds.
• Airtable workflows: hands-on experience with Airtable-based intake, tracking and reporting.
• Figma, Frame.io and Lucid: proficiency for reviewing and collaborating on creative work.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end studio operations and delivery timelines across two concurrent workstreams.
• Own and maintain Airtable-based workflow for request intake, tracking, and reporting.
• Coordinate with core production tools (Figma, Frame.io, Lucid) to keep reviews moving.
• Run cross-functional standups and resolve blockers to maintain accountability.
• Forecast capacity and surface over-allocation; coordinate with the Resource Manager for flex talent.
• Identify opportunities to deploy AI tools to speed repetitive tasks and improve throughput.
