The Senior Media Operations Manager will lead multiple media teams, design processes, and implement standards that enable Advantage HQ's media buying organization to scale while maintaining quality and client delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in paid media, performance marketing, growth, or a related field.
• Extensive e-commerce experience.
• 3+ years managing media teams, managers, or multiple team leads.
• Experience building scalable operating systems and processes.
• Experience with capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
• Strong understanding of media performance and client delivery.
• Experience with automation, AI, analytics, or operational technology is valuable.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Experience in a high-growth agency, performance marketing, or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Scale the Media Operations system by identifying bottlenecks and building scalable processes.
• Lead multiple teams through their leaders and set clear performance expectations.
• Build metrics and operating mechanisms to measure team effectiveness.
• Own capacity planning with leadership on client growth and resource allocation.
• Drive continuous improvement by leveraging technology, AI, automation, and better processes.
