Outreach is seeking a Senior Performance Marketing Manager to drive pipeline growth by bridging marketing and operations. You will develop and execute data-driven campaigns across PPC, Social, Display, and Video platforms and uncover new growth opportunities to enhance campaign performance and profitability.

The role emphasizes scalability, ROI maximization, and AI-enabled support with autonomy over channel strategy and budget allocation within your portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in performance marketing delivering measurable results.
• 7+ years of growth/performance marketing experience.
• Comfort with AI-powered tools for media optimization and segmentation.
• Proficiency in Google, YouTube, LinkedIn and Bing platforms; quick learner.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Experience building ABM segments and campaigns is a plus.
• Excellent communication and strong organizational skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong analytics tool proficiency.

Aufgaben

• Lead cross-functional partnerships to develop audience strategy and scalable programs.
• Manage and optimize paid campaigns across channels (YouTube, Google, Bing, Display, LinkedIn, Meta, CTV).
• Develop experiments to identify scalable growth opportunities and improve ROAS.
• Oversee budget tracking and KPI achievement across campaigns and teams.
• Create reports tracking spend, revenue, ROAS, and budgets.
• Identify what's working and pivot strategies to improve performance.
• Leverage segmentation to optimize media performance.
• Collaborate with creative, product marketing, and sales on high-performing ads.
• Manage portions of a $5M-$8M annual budget and multiple agencies.
• Serve as the strategic expert for paid digital programs.
