Job summary

CyberMaxx, Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the onboarding and deployment of our MDR services for new customers.

You will guide projects from contract signing through go-live, coordinating with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and customer stakeholders. In this role you will manage multiple implementations, develop detailed plans, and ensure smooth transitions to MDR operations, while maintaining a strong focus on cybersecurity best

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience leading technical implementations, onboarding, or professional services engagements.
• Experience in cybersecurity, MSSP, or technical services preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, concurrent projects with tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, with exec and technical audiences.
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (agile, waterfall, or hybrid) and PM tools.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff through go-live and handoff to steady-state operations.
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules; identify risks and dependencies; drive mitigation.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during onboarding and set clear expectations with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, Security Operations, and Customer Success on requirements, integrations, and data sources.
• Lead recurring status meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews with clear reporting.
