Job summary

CyberMaxx is seeking a Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead the end-to-end onboarding and deployment of our MDR services for new customers. You will guide customers from contract through go-live, coordinating with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success and the client’s stakeholders in a fast-paced cybersecurity environment.

You will develop detailed project plans, identify risks, manage multiple concurrent projects, run status meetings and ensure a smooth handoff to MDR operations,

Qualifications

• 7+ years of project management experience, including leading technical implementations or professional services
• Experience in cybersecurity, managed security services, SaaS, or technical services preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities and tight timelines
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management with executives and technical teams
• Strong knowledge of PM methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and standard tooling

Responsibilities

• Own the full implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live and transition to steady-state operations
• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource schedules; identify risks and changes and drive mitigation
• Serve as primary contact for customers during onboarding and set clear expectations
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to scope and deploy requirements and data sources
• Lead status meetings, steering committees, and executive reviews with clear reporting
• Manage multiple concurrent implementations with varying size and complexity
• Improve implementation methodology, tooling, and documentation for scalability
• Track metrics and elevate risks to leadership as needed
• Ensure smooth handoff from implementation to MDR operations and Customer Success
• Maintain working knowledge of CyberMaxx MDR platform and services
