Job summary

Vector3, Inc. is hiring a Senior Engineer, MDR to support TMHCC CPLG MDR initiatives remotely in the USA. You will design and implement scalable security solutions, automation, and tooling to strengthen detection and response capabilities.

In this role, you will lead engineering efforts, mentor teammates, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain procedures and best practices while staying ahead of evolving threats. Strong scripting and cloud security experience are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4+ years in security engineering or related field.
• Experience developing security automation and/or SOAR capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain scalable security apps, integrations, and automation frameworks for MDR services.
• Lead complex engineering initiatives from design through deployment with measurable impact.
• Develop automation to reduce toil and improve response times in security operations.
• Develop scripts and tooling using Python, PowerShell, Bash, Go to streamline security operations.
• Engineer and deploy security tools across enterprise environments for reliability and scalability.
