Job summary

CyberMaxx is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Project Manager to lead onboarding and deployment of our MDR services for new customers. You will guide customers from contract signature through go-live, coordinating with Sales, Account Management, Customer Success, and client teams.

You will own the full implementation lifecycle, develop project plans, identify risks, and drive mitigations while maintaining clear status updates for leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in project management with technical implementations.
• Experience in cybersecurity, MSSP, or similar services preferred.
• Able to manage multiple complex projects with tight timelines.
• Strong communication and executive-facing presentation skills.
• Familiar with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid PM approaches.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from kickoff to go-live.
• Develop detailed project plans and resource schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales, Account Management, and Success teams.
• Lead status meetings and executive reviews with stakeholders.
• Track metrics and escalate risks to leadership.
• Ensure smooth handoff to MDR operations.
