This early-career role focuses on renewals, retention, and account growth, delivering value from CyberMaxx solutions through scalable, low-touch engagement. You will collaborate with Customer Success, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and strong commercial outcomes while strengthening

Qualifications

• Proven experience in account management, customer success, or related role.
• Experience managing renewals, retention, or expansion opportunities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support renewal strategy and execution for a high-volume portfolio of low-touch accounts.
• Identify opportunities for upsell, cross-sell, and service expansion aligned to customer needs and company growth objectives.
• Manage renewal and expansion documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
• Forecasting and account tracking related to renewals, retention, and growth opportunities.
