Job summary

BlackCloak is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own planning and execution of high‑priority initiatives across the organization. You will build and manage detailed project plans from the ground up, defining milestones, tracking dependencies, surfacing risks, and holding stakeholders accountable for timely delivery.

You will partner with team leads and the Executive Team to ensure priorities translate into coordinated, on‑time outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of project management experience delivering complex cross‑functional initiatives on time and at scope.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously without losing attention to detail or momentum.
• Strong command of project management tools and methodologies—Agile, Waterfall, or a pragmatic mix.
• Experience building project infrastructure from scratch, not just inheriting existing processes.
• Exceptional ability to communicate status, risks, and decisions clearly to practitioners and senior leadership.
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity—able to create structure and move forward.
• Natural collaborator who can influence and align stakeholders across teams without direct authority.
• High accountability—follow up, follow through, and hold others to commitments.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage detailed project plans across multiple simultaneous initiatives, including timelines, milestones, owners, and dependencies.
• Drive day‑to‑day execution across cross‑functional teams, keeping workstreams on track and stakeholders aligned.
• Facilitate project kickoffs, status meetings, and retrospectives, ensuring decisions translate into action.
• Identify and elevate risks, blockers, and scope changes with a proposed path forward.
• Maintain a real‑time view of project health and report to leadership.
• Resource projects appropriately with team leads and flag capacity constraints early.
• Create and maintain systems, templates, and processes for repeatable execution.
• Translate ambiguous initiatives into structured plans with clear deliverables and owners.
• Track progress against priorities and surface insights for faster leadership decisions.
