Job summary

Vitrolife Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager for IVF Consumables to lead regional marketing strategy, portfolio development, and adoption across IVF consumables, including media, culture, cryo, labware, and workflow tools.

The ideal candidate will combine strategic marketing leadership with clinical understanding of IVF workflows, collaborate across Product Management, Sales, Clinical, Regulatory and R&D, and drive product launches.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• Seven or more years of marketing experience in medical devices, biotechnology, or diagnostics, with IVF/ART preferred.
• Experience managing technical product portfolios and launching new products.
• Strong understanding of IVF laboratory workflows and consumable product applications.
• Proven ability to lead complex initiatives and influence cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and strategic planning skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional marketing strategy for IVF consumables, including positioning and value proposition development.
• Manage the full product lifecycle, including new product introductions and portfolio optimization.
• Partner with commercial teams to support pricing strategy and margin performance.
• Identify market opportunities using customer insights and clinical trends in IVF technologies.
• Develop campaigns to increase awareness and drive growth across key product categories.
• Support sales teams with targeted programs, content, and tools to improve adoption.
• Lead go-to-market strategy and launch readiness for new products.
• Monitor post-launch performance and incorporate feedback to optimize adoption.
