CooperSurgical is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager for IVF Equipment to drive portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, pricing, and launches on a global scale. You will collaborate with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Service, and commercial teams to ensure market insights translate into robust roadmaps and profitable growth.

The role requires strong marketing acumen, experience with capital equipment or high-tech medical devices, and fluent English. Travel up to 20% is possible as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in product management or related marketing roles.
• Experience with medical devices, MedTech, diagnostics, life sciences, or laboratory equipment is a strong advantage.
• MBA or science/engineering background is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead category strategy, portfolio roadmap development, and lifecycle planning for assigned IVF Equipment categories using customer insight, regional feedback, and performance data.
• Define user needs, product requirements, value propositions, and business cases for new product launches and lifecycle management.
• Lead global launch strategy and execution, including positioning, go-to-market planning, commercial readiness, and post-launch performance tracking.
• Maintain detailed understanding of portfolio performance including revenue, margin, market share, pricing, and regional needs.
• Develop and execute growth strategies across the full product lifecycle to improve adoption, retention, and profitability.
• Own global pricing strategy and provide input for new product launches.
