Job summary

CooperSurgical in the US/Denmark on-site setting is seeking a Senior Global Product Manager for IVF Equipment to lead portfolio strategy, lifecycle management, and global launches. You will translate customer insights into product requirements, define business cases, and partner with R&D, Regulatory, Quality, Service, and commercial teams to ensure successful commercialization across regions.

The role reports to the Global Product Director and requires a minimum of six years in product

Qualifications

• Six+ years of product management/global marketing/strategic marketing experience in medical devices or related fields.
• Experience with capital equipment, hardware/software-enabled products, or connected devices.
• Experience leading global product strategy and new product launches.

Responsibilities

• Lead category strategy, portfolio roadmap, and lifecycle planning for IVF Equipment categories.
• Define user needs, product requirements, and business cases for new product initiatives.
• Lead global launch strategy, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
• Maintain detailed understanding of portfolio performance (revenue, margin, market share).
• Develop growth strategies across the product lifecycle and drive portfolio optimization.
