Mattr in Minnesota is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Cost Analyst to oversee costing, inventory management, COGS, warranty, and freight analysis across manufacturing operations. You will partner with production, finance, and supply chain to drive cost optimization, develop standard costing, monitor variances, and deliver regular cost reports to leadership.

Strong collaboration and process improvement across cross-functional teams are essential to this role, which supports strategic cost control

Qualifications

• Detail-oriented with strong accuracy and process optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for financial data.
• Excellent communication skills to present financial info to non-financial stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory valuation and reporting; monitor slow-moving inventory and obsolescence provisions.
• Analyze COGS, monitor variances, and propose corrective actions to optimize margins.
• Collaborate with production to understand cost drivers and track direct materials, labor, and overhead.
