Mattr is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Cost Analyst to oversee costing, inventory management, COGS, warranty expenses, freight analysis, and cost control in a remote-capable role. Qualifications

• 5–7 years of cost accounting or financial analysis in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with inventory, COGS, and cost control.
• Proficient in warranty cost management, freight cost analysis.
• Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred) and financial modeling.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory valuation and reporting, ensure accuracy and cost standards.
• Analyze COGS, monitor variances, and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform detailed analysis of manufacturing costs (materials, labor, overhead).
• Prepare cost estimates for new products and capital investments.
• Manage warranty expenses analysis and cost trends.
• Monitor freight costs and optimize distribution networks.
• Prepare regular cost reports for senior management and budgets.
