Job summary

Mattr is recruiting a Senior Manufacturing Cost Analyst to oversee costing, inventory, COGS, warranty, and freight analysis remotely for our manufacturing operations in the United States. You will partner with production, finance, and supply chain to provide accurate cost insights and drive efficiency.

Ideal candidates have 5–7 years in cost accounting/manufacturing finance, strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems (IFS preferred).

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of cost accounting/financial analysis in manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory valuation, reporting, and standard costing methods.
• Analyze COGS, monitor variances, and drive cost control actions.
• Lead cost analysis of direct materials, labor, and overhead in manufacturing.
• Manage warranty cost tracking and reduce warranty costs.
• Analyze freight and logistics costs and identify savings opportunities.
• Prepare regular cost reports for senior management and budgeting/forecasting.
