Lob is seeking a Senior Manager, USPS Programs to lead and optimize our direct mail operations and strengthen our USPS partnership for compliance and cost efficiency. You will collaborate with Logistics, Operations, Sales, and Product to deploy USPS strategies that scale for customers.

You will monitor mail performance, develop reports, and translate industry changes into actionable improvements, while enjoying remote work options across the U.S. and equity awards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in a USPS-related role within direct mail/logistics/manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, or related field preferred.
• Familiarity with USPS rules, mail classification, and postal optimization strategies.

Responsibilities

• USPS Compliance and Strategy: liaison with USPS and internal teams; stay current on USPS regulations and rate structures.
• Data Analysis: monitor mail efficiency, delivery performance, and USPS trends.
• Reporting: develop reports on mailing performance, cost efficiency, and compliance; track USPS promotions.
• Lead USPS promotions: coordinate with Product and Sales to maximize postage savings while ensuring compliance.
• Vendor & Partner Relationships: collaborate with logistics stakeholders and USPS; engage with MTAC and Keep Us Posted.
