Our client seeks a Sr. Manager Strategic Communications to shape and deliver high-impact messaging across a global manufacturing environment, aligning executive communications with priority initiatives and strengthening employee engagement.

The role provides trusted counsel during transformation and change, and helps protect the organization’s reputation through thoughtful crisis communications and site-level support. Location: Remote – US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, English, journalism, or public relations preferred.
• 8+ years of communications experience, particularly with executive leadership.
• Global communications experience in a B2B multinational context.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for distilling complex information.
• Proven ability to use digital/social media effectively for stakeholder engagement.

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Manager Strategic Communications to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will shape and deliver high-impact communications that support executive leadership and key business priorities across a global manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will help align messaging, strengthen employee engagement, and provide trusted counsel during periods of transformation and change. This position also plays an important role in protecting the organization’s reputation through thoughtful crisis communications and site-level support.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $152,500 – $190,600 annually
