Job summary

Fivetran, Inc. is seeking a dynamic Senior Manager of Solutions Architecture to lead the North East US Solutions Architecture team.

You will grow and lead a team of architects to drive revenue growth and ensure customer success, partnering with sales and the Americas revenue team. You will mentor architects, influence GTM strategy, and maintain strong customer relationships while ensuring technical excellence and close collaboration with sales.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in a pre-sales capacity.
• 3+ years of direct frontline management experience (recruiting, ramping, and retaining top talent).
• Experience across data warehousing, analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or data science.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets in fast-paced environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Solutions Architects.
• Promote a collaborative, customer-obsessed culture within the team.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve regional quota targets, through value-based selling.
• Guide our GTM strategy in the region by providing insight on sales strategy, product gaps, and advocating for your team’s needs.
• Play an active role in sourcing and screening potential candidates to ensure that we maintain a high talent bar.
