Cognizant is seeking a Senior Manager level ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technology across the ServiceNow platform. You will lead discovery, translate complex requirements into actionable stories, and collaborate with owners, developers, and project teams.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business/Systems/Process Analyst in IT.
• 4+ years with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM/CSM/FSM/Asset Mgmt).
• CSA certification required with additional ServiceNow certifications.
• Proven ability to translate requirements into user stories and specs.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders and technical teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Backlog prioritization with product owners in Agile rituals.
• Coordinate UAT, document defects, support resolutions.
• Provide project status updates, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage scope discussions and change requests to keep projects on track.
