Job summary

Cognizant is hiring a Senior Manager ServiceNow Business Analyst to bridge business needs with technology, driving successful ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, developers, and project teams to improve processes and deliver impactful solutions across the ServiceNow platform.

You will lead discovery, translate requirements into user stories, and prioritize backlogs while supporting Agile ceremonies.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Business/Systems/Process Analyst in IT.
• 4+ years with the ServiceNow platform (ITSM, CSM, FSM, or related modules).
• CSA certification is required; at least one more active ServiceNow cert is required.
• Experience translating requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Strong Agile/Scrum experience and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience supporting UAT and defect tracking.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and workshops with stakeholders and teams.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and specs.
• Prioritize backlogs with product owners and support Agile ceremonies.
• Facilitate communication between business and technical teams.
• Coordinate UAT, document defects, and support resolution.
• Prepare status updates, highlighting risks and dependencies.
• Manage scope discussions and change requests.
