RTX is seeking a Senior Manager, Supply Chain Applications & Transformation to guide the strategic direction of the Supply Chain application portfolio amid an enterprise modernization toward SAP S/4HANA. You will lead long‑term planning, roadmaps, and standards enabling future‑state processes and digital capabilities.

This role requires a university degree or equivalent with 10+ years in enterprise applications or related fields and US citizenship.

Formación

• University degree or equivalent plus minimum 7–10 years of experience; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in enterprise applications, digital transformation, or business systems strategy.
• Experience developing roadmaps and guiding modernization initiatives; ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead long‑term application planning and modernization to support enterprise transformation.
• Develop and maintain roadmaps aligning with digital strategy and future needs.
• Define requirements, data dependencies, and processes for Supply Chain applications for S/4HANA readiness.
• Define application disposition strategies with clear business justification.
• Drive alignment across cross‑functional partners on priorities and deployment strategy.
• Strengthen lifecycle management standards to improve efficiency and reduce risk.
