RTX, a leading aerospace and defense company, seeks a Principal Specialist for SAP GTS in a remote U.S.-based role. You will support SAP GTS v11 and participate in the S4/HANA transformation, guiding compliance processes and cross-functional teams to shape the future of RTX’s GTS environment.

You will engage with business owners, architects, and testers to ensure robust integration, test coverage, and smooth migrations, while aligning with RTX OneRTX principles and security requirements.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years' experience in GTS or SAP processes.
• 3+ years' experience with SAP GTS Compliance & Customs Management.
• 3+ years' experience with Jurisdiction & Classification.
• 2+ years' experience with Restricted Party Screening.
• 2+ years' experience with Exports/Imports.
• Basic knowledge of US Customs and Intrastat filing.

Aufgaben

• Support current SAP GTS v11 and future GTS E4H design, build, test, and sustain.
• Advise on GTS in an Agile Release Train environment.
• Participate in design sessions with business owners for backlog refinement.
• Collaborate with GTS and ECC teams on configuration and development.
• Create and execute test scenarios with owners and testers.
• Provide sustainment support during migrations and changes.
• Collaborate across teams to design GTS enhancements aligned with RTX practices.
• Provide technical guidance for Compliance and Customs Management enhancements.
• Drive management changes tied to business process redesign.
• Maintain stakeholder communications about changes and new functionality.
• Manage multiple priorities to deliver results.
