Job summary

NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, DTS Revenue Cycle Management to lead a portfolio of enterprise digital platforms supporting the RCM function.

This role partners with business leaders, technology teams, and vendors to deliver scalable digital solutions that drive operational excellence and value across the revenue cycle. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in biotech/medical device tech delivery with 2+ years in people management, and hands-on XiFin experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field (business, information systems, CS)
• At least 8 years in technology delivery/platform management in biotech/medical device environment
• 2+ years directly managing people
• Experience leading RCM platforms and data/demand management
• Hands-on XiFin system design and implementation preferred
• Travel up to 10–15% (as needed)
• Experience with agile/hybrid delivery models across concurrent teams

Responsibilities

• Lead governance and delivery of enterprise digital platforms for the RCM function
• Maintain RCM/XiFin roadmaps aligned to DTS strategy
• Drive automation and AI-enabled improvements in RCM processes
• Ensure SDLC governance and prioritization forums for investment decisions
• Provide executive-level reporting on value, health, risks, and dependencies
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and vendors
• Coordinate with internal teams and partners to deliver on time and scope
• Lead multi-team delivery, manage dependencies, and drive continuous improvement
