The role focuses on governance, prioritization, and automation across the RCM landscape, with emphasis on XiFin platforms, SDLC governance, and executive reporting. Remote or hybrid work options are available across the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• 8+ years in technology delivery or business systems roles, with 2+ years managing people.
• Experience leading revenue cycle initiatives and platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms for RCM.
• Develop and maintain RCM/XiFin roadmaps aligned with DTS strategy.
• Drive automation and AI-enabled processes across the RCM portfolio.
• Ensure SDLC governance and transparent investment decisions.
• Provide executive-level reporting on value, risks, and dependencies.
• Manage relationships with business stakeholders and vendors.
• Coordinate delivery with internal teams and implementation partners.
• Lead multi-team project delivery with planning, dependencies, and risk mitigation.
