NeoGenomics Laboratories, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, DTS Digital Health (Epic Systems) to lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms.

This hybrid role works from Ramsey, NJ or Fort Myers, FL and partners with business leaders, vendors, and technology teams to drive scalable digital health solutions. You will manage a team, establish cross-functional demand management, and deliver initiatives supporting precision medicine and oncology workflows while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 5+ years in technology delivery, platform management, or business systems roles; 8+ preferred.
• 2+ years directly managing people.
• Experience leading governance, demand management, and prioritization for a portfolio of enterprise platforms or applications.
• Current Epic Care Everywhere Certification required with workflows experience.
• Experience with healthcare integration initiatives and oncology data exchange is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead governance, prioritization, and delivery of enterprise digital platforms with a structured demand intake and roadmap.
• Serve as the main Epic SME for the Aura, Beaker, Bridges, and Care Everywhere ecosystem and coordinate dependencies.
• Oversee Flatiron MPI platform integrations and drive oncology workflow initiatives.
• Develop platform roadmaps aligning business priorities and DTS strategy.
• Facilitate governance forums to balance value, regulatory needs, and resources.
• Provide executive reporting on platform health, delivery progress, risks and dependencies.
• Act as the primary relationship manager translating business objectives into tech solutions.
