Responsibilities

• Build deep partnerships with key stakeholders and align Trellix solutions with business strategy.
• Serve as the voice of the customer, manage QBRs, and map features to security challenges.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D and CS Eng to resolve escalations and deployments.
• Monitor account health, mitigate churn risks, and identify growth opportunities.
