Job summary

Trellix Public Sector LLC is seeking a Senior Manager, Customer Success - U.S. Public Sector to lead a team of eight Customer Success Managers serving Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, and SLED accounts.

You will drive strategic direction, coaching, and program execution to ensure retention and value realization. Reporting to Senior Director, you will partner with Sales, Professional Services, Support, and Product to prioritize client outcomes, oversee risk management, and advance platform adoption

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Consulting within enterprise SaaS or Cybersecurity.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience leading customer-facing teams in high-growth environments.
• Deep expertise in the U.S. Public Sector market (Federal Civilian, DoD, IC, or State & Local Government).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 8 Public Sector CSMs, fostering accountability and operational excellence.
• Own overall portfolio retention and expansion goals, driving GRR and NRR with cross-functional partners.
• Drive CRM/Totango hygiene, health tracking, and risk flagging with GTG recovery plans for high-risk accounts.
• Partner with Sales, Professional Services, Technical Support, and Product Management to align roadmaps with customer needs.
• Maintain executive relationships with senior government stakeholders and ensure compliant procurement processes.
