Job summary

Kiva is seeking a Senior Manager, Public Relations to lead PR, media strategy, partner campaigns, and thought leadership amplification within its Communications & Influence team. The role collaborates with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to drive external visibility using borrower stories, impact data, and outcomes metrics.

The position manages LinkedIn strategy, engages with partners, and oversees campaign development across hubs and lending partners. U.S.

Qualifications

Proven PR and media relations experience with journalist relationships.
Experience developing thought leadership strategy and channel activation.
Experience coordinating multi-partner communications or marketing campaigns.
Preferred: experience working in a PR agency or managing agency relationships.
Familiarity with Sprout, Air, Looker, Dovetail and Salesforce.

Responsibilities

Advance PR and thought leadership goals with the Director, and support day-to-day PR firm relationships.
Analyze borrower stories, impact stats, and metrics to secure national and top-tier media opportunities.
Own Muck Rack tracking, reporting, and local pitching, and build media lists for localized pitching.
Lead campaigns with Strategic Partners, Lending Partners, hubs, and granting organizations.
Manage Kiva's LinkedIn strategy and amplification of thought leadership content.
Collaborate with Marketing and Strategic Partnerships to identify opportunities and surface them to leadership.
Prepare analytics and socialize insights across teams.
