Job summary

DocGo is seeking a Senior Manager, People Technology to lead Workday and related HR systems in a fully remote capacity. You will own system operations, drive integrations, ensure data integrity, and deliver high-quality support to the People organization.

The role requires 7+ years in HRIS/People Technology with hands-on Workday experience and proven leadership. You will guide a growing HRIS team, collaborate with IT and Finance, and drive continuous improvement across HR technology.

Qualifications

7+ years in HRIS/People Technology or related field, with 2–3 years in leadership.
Strong hands-on Workday configuration (HCM, Absence, Business Processes, Reporting).
Experience leading HRIS teams and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

Own Workday & HR Technology Operations: product owner for Workday and supporting systems.
Lead HRIS Team & Service Delivery: manage HRIS team and centralized service model.
System Configuration & Optimization: oversee configuration and process design.
Integration & Technical Management: design/maintain integrations with other platforms.
Data Integrity & Governance: audits and governance of People data.
End-User Support & Training: provide advanced technical support and training materials.
System Upgrades & Continuous Improvement: manage updates with vendors.
Stakeholder Partnership & Communication: align with People, Finance, IT, Operations.
Team Leadership & Development: hire, coach, and evaluate direct reports.
