Job summary

Jobgether is seeking a Senior Manager, Operations and Supply Chain to lead merchandising operations and supply chain execution for product launches across categories and international markets. You will bridge merchandising strategy with operational delivery, ensuring accurate POs, product data, pricing, and inventory readiness aligned with launch timelines.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in merchandising operations or related supply chain field.
• Hands-on NetSuite experience with PO management and product data.
• Experience with SPS Commerce or similar EDI platforms.
• Strong end-to-end supply chain and international distribution knowledge.
• Experience managing complex product assortments across styles, colors, and sizes.
• Advanced Excel capabilities and data reconciliation.
• Ability to design and document SOPs and drive process improvements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong organization, prioritization, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PO creation, cost/royalty entry, and launch calendar management across North America, Europe and international partners.
• Manage PO submissions via SPS Commerce or similar EDI platforms; troubleshoot rejections and ensure data accuracy.
• Lead end-to-end PO reconciliation from planning handoff to delivery; resolve discrepancies with partners.
• Coordinate launch readiness across merchandising, planning, site merchandising, and logistics.
• Oversee product data entry, UPCs, style numbers, color codes, sizing, and international MSRP processes.
• Define SOPs for PO, product data, EDI, reconciliation, and pricing; drive process improvements.
• Establish and monitor operational KPIs; lead cross-functional reviews and action plans.
