Demand & Inventory Management
  • Lead forecasting and demand‑planning processes to improve in‑stock performance while reducing excess inventory.
  • Oversee SKU‑level planning, inventory positioning, and replenishment strategies for stores and distribution centers.
  • Monitor product lifecycle trends and implement corrective plans for slow‑moving or high‑risk items.
Distribution & Logistics Execution
  • Manage relationships with 3PL partners to ensure high service performance, cost control, and continuous improvement.
  • Support last‑mile and middle‑mile initiatives that enhance speed, accuracy, and customer experience.
  • Track and report performance KPIs including fill rate, OTIF, lead time, transportation cost, and network efficiency.
  • Partner with domestic and international suppliers to ensure alignment on lead times, quality expectations, and production schedules.
  • Lead quarterly supplier reviews and implement risk‑mitigation strategies for supply disruptions.
