Job summary

Comfrt is hiring a Merchandising Operations Manager to own PO entry, SKU creation, and data integrity, while leading a Merchandise Coordinator. You will collaborate across Merchandising, Product, Sourcing, Production, and eCommerce to ensure alignment from setup to website launch.

The role blends strong execution with people leadership, timely updates, and process improvements. A fully remote US-based position offers benefits, PTO, and a 5% 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years in merchandising operations, product operations, purchasing, production operations, or supply chain.
• Experience managing a direct report (coaching, training, delegation, performance management).
• Hands‑on PO entry, SKU creation, and data integrity ownership.

Responsibilities

• Lead PO entry and management from approved plans through revisions and closure.
• Create and validate SKUs and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Develop and coach the Merchandise Coordinator, setting priorities and ensuring accuracy and deadlines.
• Collaborate with Merchandising, Product, Sourcing, Production, Supply Chain, Operations, Planning, and eCommerce to align buys and launches.
• Maintain open orders, report on status, risks, and delivery timelines; drive issue resolution with stakeholders.
