Job summary

Jobgether, listed on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Merchandise Planner & Supply Chain Manager in the United States. You will lead end-to-end inventory planning, demand forecasting, and supply chain execution for a growing omnichannel retail business, aligning merchandising strategy with financial performance to optimize sales, margins, and inventory productivity.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of end-to-end inventory planning, forecasting, replenishment, and OTB management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Practical experience using ERP systems to manage POs and inventory.
• Advanced Excel skills for complex retail calculations, forecasting, and reporting.
• Strong forecasting capabilities and data-driven decision making.
• Solid understanding of inventory, replenishment, and product availability.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly open-to-buy, forecasts, and inventory investments aligned with brand strategy and margins.
• Develop monthly and seasonal demand forecasts for sales, receipts, margins, and stock levels.
• Maintain replenishment systems to minimize stockouts and optimize inventory health.
• Partner with cross-functional teams on assortment projections and allocation strategies.
• Manage end-to-end PO lifecycle, vendor coordination, and import logistics.
• Navigate trade compliance and cost management to protect COGS and margins.
• Provide data-driven insights for weekly/periodic business reviews and leadership meetings.
• Support executive decisions with actionable inventory and financial analysis.
• Improve reporting processes and standardize planning workflows across teams.
• Collaborate across ecommerce, product development, sourcing, and finance.
