Job summary

Super Organics seeks a Supply Chain & Operations Manager (remote) to oversee demand planning, purchasing, and fulfillment across multiple brands. You will manage contract manufacturers, coordinate packaging artwork, and drive cost optimization while ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements.

You will lead inventory planning, monitor stock levels, and ensure timely production releases. This hands-on role reports to the CEO and requires strong analytical and communication skills to operate

Qualifications

• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain, operations, purchasing, production planning, inventory management, logistics, or related role.
• Direct experience managing both contract manufacturers and third‑party logistics providers (3PLs).
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate sales and inventory data into purchasing decisions.
• Experience creating and managing purchase orders and reconciling them against receipts and invoices.
• Familiarity with dietary supplement cGMP requirements under 21 CFR Part 111 and the quality responsibilities of a brand that outsources manufacturing, including label compliance, product release, traceability, and recall readiness.
• Strong project-management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Availability to work 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, with some flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory planning and purchasing to maintain stock levels and optimize working capital.
• Serve as operational primary contact for contract manufacturers and key suppliers; monitor commitments and pricing.
• Own quality and compliance decisions for outsourced products, including labeling, release, and traceability.
• Coordinate packaging artwork, timelines, and records across internal teams and suppliers.
• Manage warehousing, fulfillment, and 3PL performance; resolve discrepancies and optimize logistics costs.
• Provide clear systems reporting on stock coverage, open orders, and purchasing needs.
