Job summary

CSC Generation is seeking a Senior Merchandise Planner & Supply Chain Manager to own the full inventory planning process across brands. You will forecast, manage POs, and oversee import logistics with cross-functional partners to protect margins and ensure on-time delivery.

You will lead OTB, develop assortment strategies, and drive inventory health while collaborating with Product Development, Ecommerce, Customer Service, and Accounting. This is a high-responsibility role in a lean team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years owning end-to-end inventory planning and open-to-buy management.
• Experience using an ERP system for PO management.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong retail math and analytical problem solving.
• Excellent cross-functional relationship skills and stakeholder influence.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and quick to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Own full inventory management from forecasting to POs to import logistics.
• Lead Open-to-Buy monthly with executive team and re-forecast as needed.
• Develop assortment recommendations with brand/product projections.
• Manage margins, sell-through, and inventory health with budgets.
• Coordinate PO lifecycle with vendors and import logistics.
• Ensure regulatory/compliance awareness in tariff classifications.
• Summarize performance weekly and adjust plans accordingly.
• Identify and manage closeout/excess inventory to mitigate risk.
• Deliver structured reporting and standardized best practices.
