SharkNinja, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement to lead the Operations Efficiency program from a remote location. You will drive cost savings, service improvements, and scalable efficiency across Global Logistics and Operations, partnering with Finance, Sales, and Planning.

You will own the portfolio of initiatives, define business cases, ensure on-time delivery, and validate benefits while communicating progress to leadership.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
• Experience leading cost reduction and transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical and financial acumen; able to build business cases.

Responsibilities

• Own the Operations Efficiency program across SharkNinja and drive cost savings, service improvement, and efficiency initiatives.
• Lead cross-functional workstreams with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, and Planning.
• Translate data into actionable recommendations and execution plans.
• Develop governance, reporting, and risk management for savings initiatives.
