Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Manager, Business Operations CE & EE to drive operational excellence for our Direct-to-Consumer business across Central and Eastern Europe from Frankfurt. You will collaborate with eCommerce, CRM, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, Analytics, and Commercial teams to identify growth opportunities and optimize performance.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, cross-functional alignment, and execution of key business initiatives to support SharkNinja's CE & EE

Qualifications

• Experience in Business Operations, eCommerce Operations, Commercial Operations, DTC, Strategy, Consulting, or a related business function.
• Experience supporting Direct-to-Consumer eCommerce brands in consumer goods/retail is a plus.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and BI/dashboard experience.
• Fluent English and German is required; additional CE/EE language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive operational excellence across SharkNinja's DTC business in Central and Eastern Europe.
• Partner with regional teams to support delivery of commercial and operational objectives.
• Own and maintain DTC reporting, dashboards, and trading metrics.
• Monitor website performance, conversion, customer behavior, revenue, and KPIs.
• Support trading reviews and identify risks, opportunities, and actions.
