Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a Senior Manager, Continuous Improvement, based remotely and reporting to the Sr. Vice President, Global Logistics, to lead cost savings, service improvement, and operational excellence across the Operations organization.

You will own the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, drive governance, define initiatives, ensure timely delivery, financial validation, and integration with forecasts with Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Operations Efficiency program across SharkNinja, serving as the central owner for cost savings, service improvement, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Operations expense base.
• Develop and manage the Operations Efficiency project portfolio, including opportunity identification, business case development, initiative prioritization, execution tracking, risk management, and benefits realization.
• Establish clear governance, routines, and reporting to ensure initiatives are clearly defined, delivered on time, and financially validated.
