SharkNinja in Needham, MA is seeking a Financial Analyst, FP&A – Global OpEx to support forecasting, budgeting, and actuals analysis across regions. This role will initially focus on R&D OpEx and partner with cost center owners and functional leaders to drive disciplined OpEx management.

You will build models, perform scenario planning, and deliver monthly close packages and dashboards using tools like Adaptive Insights, Oracle, Snowflake, Excel, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• 2–5 years in FP&A, corporate finance, or OpEx/budget management.
• Experience in global consumer goods/retail a plus.
• Strong Excel, financial modeling, and data viz (Power BI).
• Familiarity with Adaptive Insights, Oracle, Snowflake preferred.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support global OpEx budget, quarterly forecast, and monthly outlook cycles.
• Consolidate and roll up OpEx forecasts across regions.
• Analyze actuals vs budget and forecast variances with clear commentary for leadership.
• Develop models and scenario analyses for OpEx changes.
• Drive automation to improve forecasting and reporting processes.
• Ensure expense governance and internal controls adherence.
