SharkNinja, a global product design and technology company headquartered in Needham, MA, is seeking a Supply Planner to drive global inventory planning and fulfillment strategies across categories. You will maximize service levels, maintain healthy inventory, and collaborate with demand planning, production, logistics, sales, and marketing.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, purchase order management, and continuous process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related field preferred.
• 1+ year in supply chain planning or related roles.
• CPIM/CSCP or similar certifications are a plus.
• Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution.
• Comfortable working in a multi-cultural, global environment.
• Strong analytical skills to identify patterns and drivers.
• Attention to bottom-up detail while aligning with top-down assumptions.
• Able to manage pivots in task priorities and communicate impact.
• Willing to learn new planning systems and processes.
• Excel expertise and ability to work with planning IT tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Growth mindset and proactive problem solving.
• Bias for action and clear communication in meetings.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and update global inventory plans across product categories.
• Balance supply constraints with demand priorities and service goals.
• Collaborate with demand planning, production, logistics, sales and product teams daily.
• Manage purchase orders aligned with the inventory plan and adjust as needed.
• Participate in portfolio reviews to manage lifecycle timing and SKU proliferation.
• Incorporate forecasts into global inventory plans.
• Lead supply reviews to identify constraints and opportunities and develop options.
• Coordinate with manager to resolve issues and align on actions.
• Monitor service and inventory levels and drive corrective actions with cross-functional partners.
• Identify process improvements and lead initiatives to improve KPI performance.
