Job summary

SharkNinja is seeking a post-launch quality analyst to drive product and process improvements. You will analyze marketplace learnings, investigate field failures, and coordinate corrective actions across Engineering, Customer Excellence, Marketing, and Supply Chain.

The role requires a detailed-oriented, collaborative professional with strong analytical skills and experience in consumer goods quality programs. This onsite position is based at Needham, MA HQ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of engineering experience, preferably in consumer goods.
• Strong analytical and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; team player and independent worker.
• Change agent with energy and enthusiasm to drive change.
• Experience communicating design verification, validation, CAPA, and product improvements.

Responsibilities

• Analyze customer complaints and investigate field failures; translate into actionable actions.
• Drive continuous improvement through reduction and prevention of non-conformances; define metrics.
• Support suppliers in 8D responses and quality resolution meetings.
• Participate in design reviews and ensure customer quality requirements are met.
• Review product performance and communicate learnings to workflows for action.
• Collaborate with Customer Excellence to monitor consumer sentiment in field.
• Lead input tracker meetings with cross-functional teams and delegate actions.
• Analyze engineering changes to ensure no degradation of quality.
• Track digital escalations and prepare clear customer responses.
• Manage product health reporting and push for a five-star experience through design improvements.
• Strive for process efficiency and deliver impactful results.
• Serve as product expert for cross-functional questions and provide updates to senior management.
