• 5+ years of hands-on OMS experience in enterprise platforms.
• Experience leading multiple teams or managers.
• Proven omni-channel fulfillment expertise.
• Experience with cloud-native apps and event-driven architecture.
• Strong agile, engineering practices, and scale.
• Excellent strategic thinking and execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Ability to guide architecture decisions and solve complex problems.
• Experience with budgeting and hiring.
• Ability to drive change and continuous improvement.
• Understanding of cloud, scalable architectures, and DevOps.
