Job summary

Addison Group, a leading advisory firm, is recruiting an Enterprise Architect to steer omni-fulfillment initiatives for a premier retail partner. You will own the architecture for omni-commerce across web, mobile, stores, and distribution, guiding OMS, inventory visibility, and fulfillment systems with a modern microservices approach.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Enterprise/Domain Architecture roles.
• Deep Sterling Commerce / Sterling OMS experience.
• Strong omni-commerce and fulfillment expertise.
• Proven microservices, API-first, and event-driven design background.
• Experience with OMS, inventory, and distributed order management.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and design across omni-fulfillment initiatives (OMS, inventory, checkout).
• Define end-to-end architecture connecting web, mobile, stores, and DCs.
• Guide evolution of order orchestration and inventory visibility capabilities.
• Create standards, governance, reference architectures, and reusable patterns.
• Review designs and provide technical leadership to engineering teams.
• Partner with Product, Supply Chain, Retail Ops, Data, Security, and other teams.
• Support vendor evaluations and technology selection (RFI/RFP/RFQ).
• Identify opportunities for cloud adoption and API-driven commerce experiences.
