Job summary

KnitWell Group seeks a Manager – Omni-Channel Applications to lead strategic and hands-on work across enterprise omni-channel platforms. You will steer architecture, design, delivery, and people leadership to enable seamless customer journeys across digital, store, and fulfillment channels.

You will partner with business, product, architecture, and engineering teams to modernize the platform, improve engineering practices, and drive predictable delivery, with a focus on cloud adoption and

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
10+ years of enterprise application development experience.
3+ years in Tech Lead, Engineering Manager, or Senior Technical role.
Experience with omni-channel, customer-facing, or large-scale platforms.
Knowledge of cloud-native architectures and API/microservice approaches.

Responsibilities

Own the technical strategy and long-term roadmap for omni-channel platforms.
Provide architectural direction aligned with standards and business goals.
Guide release planning, solution readiness, and engineering practices.
Lead and mentor technical teams and external vendors.
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Drive cloud adoption and platform modernization, including AI-enabled capabilities.
