Qualifications
- 12+ years in network engineering across routing, switching, WAN, and cloud.
- 5+ years in leadership roles managing network teams.
- Hands-on SD-WAN and SASE architecture design and deployment.
- Experience building observability programs with telemetry and automation.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million dollar network budgets.
- Experience delivering network projects across multiple locations.
- Strong communication skills for presenting to executives.
Responsibilities
- Shape and execute the network strategy for the Americas.
- Drive observability maturity to improve incident resolution.
- Manage budget and costs for the Americas network.
- Negotiate contracts and maintain vendor relationships.
- Lead and grow network engineering team across North and Latin America.
- Deliver network projects across the Americas footprint.
- Serve as senior escalation point for network issues.
